Educational consulting through You’re Worth More Pathways is led by Areva Denise Neely, a credentialed school counselor, educational leader, and doctoral candidate in Organizational Change and Administration. With experience working directly with students and families as well as building and leading educational and nonprofit programs, Areva brings a unique perspective that bridges daily student needs with long-term organizational strategy.
How Consulting Engagements Work
Consulting engagements are tailored to the unique needs of each organization. Services may include one-time strategy sessions, short-term project support, or ongoing advisory partnerships. All engagements begin with an initial consultation to assess goals, challenges, and the most effective path forward.
