Hello, my name is Areva Denise Neely, and I am passionate about guiding students and supporting families through every stage of their educational journey. My work centers on helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and pursue academic and career pathways that align with their values and long-term goals.
I hold a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential, a B.S. in Business Administration, and Master’s degrees in School Counseling and Educational Leadership, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Organizational Change and Administration. My professional background includes experience as a teacher, school counselor, educational leader, and youth advocate allowing me to support students both individually and systemically.
Through You’re Worth More Pathways, I provide 1-on-1 school counseling for students and families across homeschool, private, charter, and traditional school settings. In addition, I offer educational consulting for schools, homeschool programs, and nonprofit organizations seeking to strengthen student support systems and programming.
Beyond counseling and consulting, I am also an author and youth mentor, committed to helping young people understand their worth and pursue their purpose. This holistic approach allows me to walk alongside students academically, emotionally, and developmentally supporting them as whole individuals.
Whether I am working with a family or partnering with an organization, my goal remains the same: to provide personalized guidance, practical tools, and thoughtful leadership that help students thrive in school and in life.
