Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance through my online booking system, email, or phone. Sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted (e.g., family consultations are 75 minutes). Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments: Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session. Packages (4, 8, or Year-Long Plans) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment, unless a payment plan is arranged. Homeschool Co-op Packages are billed monthly. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. In cases of emergency, exceptions may be made at my discretion. No-Shows: If a student does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked as used and no refund will be issued. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Package purchases are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe. Year-long plans are non-refundable; however, families may request to pause services in special circumstances (case by case). Late Arrivals: If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. If I am ever delayed, the full session time will be honored. Communication: Parents/guardians are welcome to email me regarding updates, concerns, or scheduling questions.For minors, a parent/guardian must provide consent for services and be the primary point of contact.
